What is the cost of placing my business or practice in the WhiteCollar Directory? |

The cost of being added to our directory is free for the first 30 days. After your 30 day trial is over, professionals have the option of purchasing 2 zone plans for their business. Each plan purchased will be active for 1 year. The 2 types of plans are:

How do I get referrals? |

Simple, we give you a couple hundred referral cards with your own unique business id; you can pass it along to current clients or future clients. They can sign up as a member and add your business id to their referral list, and that would be all. You are now referred.
Another scenario would be for a user to find your business/practice from our directory by using our search tool. They would then make arrangement to use your service; then after providing your client with quality service, he/she can now refer your business to his/her friends network. You now have a repeat client who will be a permanent marketing tool for your business.

Can I request referrals from my current clients? |
|
| |
Yes, and we recommend that you do. The average size of a network of a typical member of ours is 200 people. Remember networks go as far as 6 degrees from a particular person. If your business is referred by a member, that will make your business a recommended business to an average of 200 people; and that is just from one referral! |

If one of your members refers my business/practice, which members will be able to see this referral? |
|
| |
Anyone who is in that member's network, up to 6 degrees away, will be able to see the referral. For example:
A member named Chip has a friends network that includes his brother Kyle and Kyle's friends network includes his friend Sarah. Sarah would be 2 degrees away from Chip and therefore would be able to see any referrals from Chip. |

Is the information I provide WhitecollarFinder secure? |

What is the refund policy on a purchase? |

Any zones purchased may be cancelled and fully refunded within 15 days.
Cancellation requests must be received no later than 15 days from the day of activation for that zone in order to receive full refund.
Partial refunds will be issued after 15 days and no later than 30 days from the day of activation. Cancellation requests must be received no later than 30 days from the day of activation for that zone in order to receive partial refund.
